Compressor Removal
Read the
“Maintenance and Repair” safety section
before working on the system.
Disconnect the battery prior to performing any
service. Reconnect the battery once the service has
been completed.
1) Remove the 5 bolts holding the belt guard, remove the belt guard.
2) Remove belt.

3) Disconnect the 3/4 in hose from the rear of the compressor.
4) Disconnect the 1/2 in hose from the side of the compressor.
5) Disconnect the 3 clear PTFE tubes from the compressor.
When disconnecting hoses, plug the ends so that
contaminants do not enter the system during the repair.
