Night Scene Mode
Capturing human subjects by using [
] Night Scene mode helps to provide a natural balance between the main
subject and the background. The people in an evening sky or night scene are illuminated with lights from the flash
while the background is captured at a slow shutter speed to prevent blurring and let the both (people and the
background) appear accordingly exposure.
1. Press the MENU button to enter the Capture menu and select
Scene
by
using the
/
button. Press the
button to enter the sub-menu.
2. After entering the sub-menu, select [
Night Scene
] by using the
/
button. Press the
button to confirm the setting.
LCD monitor will display [
] as Night Scene mode icon.
3. To exit, press the MENU button.
Note:
In [
] Night Scene mode, Flash mode will automatically detect the ambient lighting. If the surrounding
brightness is low, the flash will fire to [
A
] Red-eye reduction.
In [
] Night Scene mode, ISO speed cannot be set.
For other settings like Language, Power Off time or others choose
Setup
in Capture/Video/Playback menu.
