If a CF card is inserted after camera is powered on, you need to power the camera off and on again to align the frame number shown on the
Status LCD and the CF card memory size.
Turning the Camera on / off
To power-on the camera, slide the
POWER
switch to the right and hold momentarily until icons appear on the Status LCD.
To turn off camera, slide the
POWER
switch to the right momentarily and hold until icons disappear from the Status LCD.
NOTE:
If there is no camera operation for a period of time after the camera is powered on, the camera will automatically turn off.

Date / Time
Enter the current date and time so that image files are recorded (time-stamped) and stored with date and time of capture.
