NOTE :

• The use of quality CF memory cards is recommended.
• Compatibility with all CF memory cards is NOT guaranteed.
• If a CF card is inserted after camera is powered on, you need to power the camera off and on again to align the frame number shown on the
Status LCD and the CF card memory size.
Turning the Camera on / off
To power-on the camera, slide the POWER switch to the right and hold momentarily until icons appear on the Status LCD.
To turn off camera, slide the POWER switch to the right momentarily and hold until icons disappear from the Status LCD.
NOTE: If there is no camera operation for a period of time after the camera is powered on, the camera will automatically turn off.
Setting up Your Camera
Navigating menus displayed on LCD monitor:
• Press the UP or DOWN buttons to highlight an item or change a value
• Press ENTER button to confirm, or move to the next item
To display the SETUP MENU:
1. Turn Mode dial to SET mode to display the SETUP MENU
SETUP MENU (Date/Time, Language, Sound, Format Media, Auto Power Off)
Date / Time : Month/Day/Year Hour: Minute format
Language : Selects display language
Sound : Sets beeper on or off during operation
Format Media : Erases all information on CF card and built-in memory
Auto Power Off : Sets time duration for auto power off

Date / Time
Enter the current date and time so that image files are recorded (time-stamped) and stored with date and time of capture.
