Protecting Videos and Images
You can protect your video clips and images from accidental deletion by selecting the
Protect
function in the
Video
or
Image Playback
modes. Follow these steps to protect an image or video.
1. Turn on your DVR-390H.
2. Use the
Up/Down/Left/Right
keys to select
Video
or
Still-Image
Playback
mode. Press the
Ok
key to enter that playback mode.
3. Press the Menu button to open the
PLAY
menu.
4. Select
Protect
by using the
Up/Down
keys.
5. Use the
Right
key to enter
Protect
submenu.
6. Use the
Up/Down
keys to select "
One image
" (or "
All images
"),
and then press the
Right
key to enter its submenu.
To protect all images, select "
All images
" in this step.
7. Select
Lock
by using the
Up/Down
keys, and then press
Ok
.
Once the video clip/image is protected, the
Protection icon
will be displayed on each protected video and image.
Canceling protection
To cancel protection for an image or video clip, display the image or
video for which you wish to remove the protection.
1. Perform the above steps 1~6..
2. Select
Unlock
using the
Up/Down
keys. Press the
Ok
key to confirm.
