Safety Information
KEEP THE DEVICE AWAY FROM
WATER, RAIN, OR ANY LIQUID
THAT CAN SHORT THE BATTERY
AND DESTROY THE CIRCUIT
BOARD. This includes placing the
device in moist environments
such as steam room at a spa.
Your RIFT is built with three temperature sensors – one for the
heater, one for the circuit board, and another for the battery.
The built-in safety features prevents battery discharge when
the circuit board is too hot, automatically pauses battery
charging when the battery is too hot, and prevents battery
discharge when the battery is too hot. However, users should
only use the device for its intended purposes with additional
safety precautions. These include the following:
DO NOT TOUCH THE BOWL OF
THE HEATER following use – it
may be very hot and can cause
serious burns. It takes approx-
imately 5 minutes to cool down
to room temperature.
