Some problems that seem complex can often be solved
easily. Follow this simple guide:

The device does not
turn on
Power cable
Plug the power cord pro-
perly under the base.
No air comes out of
the device
Power cable and fan

Plug the power cord
properly under the base.
Check that the Natede
Basic is not set to Off
The speed of the air flow
is weak
Photocatalytic filter
Make sure the
photocatalytic filter is clean
and there are no
soil residues
I filled the tank but the
float does not mark the
water level
The float could be stuck
Loosen the float, move it
up and down to unlock it
The outer pot does not get
stuck on the base
The cord on the bottom of
the outer jar
Make sure that the cord is
correctly positioned in the
appropriate groove on the
bottom of the external pot
