Traditional waffles
Install the frying plates for making waffles (8).
Ingredients:

4 eggs
•
1/2 l milk
•
500 g flour
•
150 g of butter or margarine
•
4 table spoons of sugar
•
2 tea spoons of leaven

Divide whites of the eggs from yolks and whisk
the whites.

Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool
down slightly.

Add sugar, leaven, melted butter or margarine
to sifted flour and stir.

Add the whisked whites, keeping stirring, and
then add the yolks.
–
Bake waffles on the heated frying plates for
about 3 minutes, periodically checking the
baking process.
