Attention!
•
Do not chop very hard products, such as nut-
megs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
•
remove bones, veins and cartilage from
meat;
•
cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into ap-
proximately equal slices;
•
when chopping greens, remove stems of
herbs.
Chopping
Be careful – the knife is very sharp! Always hold
the knife by the plastic end.
•
Set the chopping knife (8) on the axis of
chopper bowl (9).
•
Put the food into the chopper bowl (9).
•
Place the geared lid (7) on the bowl (9) and
rotate it clockwise until bumping.
•
Insert the motor unit (2) into the geared lid
(7) in such way that the mark
▼
on the mo-
tor unit (2) is opposite the mark
on the
geared lid (7) and turn it towards the mark
till bumping.
•
Select the required chopping knife rotation
speed by pressing and holding the button (4)
“I” or (3) “II”.
•
Hold the motor unit (2) with one hand and the
chopper bowl (9) with the other hand during
operation.
•
After using the chopper disconnect the mo-
tor unit (2) from the geared lid (7) turning it
towards the mark
.
•
Remove the geared lid (7) rotating it counter-
clockwise.
•
Carefully detach the chopping knife (8) taking
it by the plastic end.
•
Take the chopped food out of the chopper
bowl (9).
Attention!
Follow the described sequence of
operations strictly.
CLEANING
ATTENTION!
The blades of the chopping knife
(8) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the
chopping knife (8) very carefully!
•
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
•
Detach the attachments.
•
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the mo-
tor unit (2) and the gears (5, 7), then wipe
them dry.
•
After processing of salty or sour products it is
necessary to rinse the chopper knife (8) and
the blender attachment (1) with water imme-
diately.
•
While processing food with strong dyeing
properties (for instance carrot or beet-root)
the bowls or attachments can get colored,
wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth,
dampened in vegetable oil.
•
Wash the attachments (1, 6, 8), the chopper
bowl (9) and the measuring cup (10) in warm
soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND
THE GEARS (5, 7) INTO ANY LIQUIDS; DO
NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN
A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
STORAGE
•
The delivery set includes the wall mounting
(11), that should be fixed on the wall.
•
On the wall mounting (11) you can keep the
motor unit (2) with installed attachment (1).
•
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before tak-
ing it away for storage.
•
Do not wind the power cord around the mo-
tor unit.
•
Keep the blender set away from children in a
dry cool place,
Cooking examples
Mayonnaise
Use the blender attachment (1) to make mayon-
naise
150 ml vegetable oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar
salt and pepper to your taste
Put all the ingredients into the measuring cup
(10) in the given order. Immerse the blender
attachment (1) until it reaches the bottom of
the cup . Switch the blender on at the maximal
rotation speed by pressing and holding the (3)
“II” button, and wait till vegetable oil becomes
an emulsion.
Then, without switching the unit off, move the
blender attachment (1) upwards and downwards
slowly, until you get mayonnaise of the desired
consistency.
