Do not use the device on one spot for more than 1 minute
and do not press the device too

order to prevent skin irritations or injuries.

Do not massage more than 6 body parts one after the
other. You should then take a break.
Body Massage
1. Place the attachment for body massage onto the main
unit.
2. Apply massage oil, cream or gel to the part of the skin
which is to be massaged and then wipe your hands dry.
3. Switch on the device. Place the rotating attachment onto
the area which is to be massaged and move the device
over the skin with circular movements. Move the device
slowly and with only slight pressure. Massage one spot for
no more than 1 minute.
• Make large circular movements when
massaging the waist and stomach. Leave
out the belly button!
• Make small circular movements when
massaging the feet, legs, hips and bottom.
Move the device slowly upwards (from
the feet to the hips or from the thigh to
the bottom).
4. Switch off the device after the treat-
ment.
