1. Insert batteries
2. Fitting the cuff
Bare your left arm.
Place the cuff on the upper arm with its
lower edge 2 to 3 cm (about 1 inch) above
the elbow and the pipe lying in the middle
of the crook of the arm.
Close the cuff and connect it to machine.
Stretch your left arm out and rest it on the
table with your palm facing upwards.
Keep your arm still, and do not talk.
