CONSOLE CABLE REPLACEMENT 

(T7400/8400/8500/8600)

Tools required:

ü

 

Philips screwdriver

ü

 

T-handle key

   (5mm).

Procedure:

1.

 

Remove screws from the motor cover

by using the screwdriver.
2.

 

Refer to page 8-3, open the console

upper cover.
3.

 

Disconnect the console cable from the

PCB and MCB.
4.

 

Remove screws of the left handle bar

with the T-handle key (5mm).

5.

 

Tie the old cable to the new one with a

rigid string.
6.

 

Pull the old cable from the top end until

the new cable threads all the way through
the left support and the console.
7.

 

Connect the console cable to PCB and

MCB.
8.

 

Install the console cover and handle bar

(middle & left) then tighten the screws.
9.

 

Install the front cover and tighten the

screws.
