MOTOR REPLACEMENT
(T7200/8200)
Tools required:
ü
Philips screwdriver
ü
T-handle key (5mm)
Procedure:
5.
Release the motor mount screws by using T-handle key then replace with a new
motor.
6.
Install the drive belt and secure the motor mount screws (not too tight at this time
so that the tension adjustment can be made).
7.
Adjust belt-tension-adjusting screw located at bottom of the mounting bracket such
that one can only push with one’s thumb the drive belt down about 1 ~ 1.5cm then
tighten the motor mount screws.
8.
Reconnect cables and the ground wire by referring to the wiring diagram and install
all the covers.
9.
Turn the power on and enter the engineering mode to check if the extreme speeds
are within the correct range.
10.
Try to step on the belt at low speed to check if the belt slips.
