When the certificate does not have the date of purchase, the 1 year warranty is
calculated by the serial number’s production date plus an additional 1 month to
calculate the 1 year warranty period. If no serial number, then no warranty is
available.
- The manufacturer will follow Consumer Protection Act (2006-36) to give
arranty to all the products sold to consumers in the available regions.
- After sales services are provided by either the manufacturer or the designated
service center under an agreement with the manufacturer.
- A decline of the warranty coverage will be notified to the customer within
14 working days of the application. If the application is accepted, the coverage
will be in full effect within 30 days.
- The warranty is 1 year from date of purchase.
