Problem
Solution
The appliance won’t turn on?
• Ensure the cord is plugged into a power
outlet and is switched on.
• You must hold down the On/Off button for
approx. 3 seconds to turn the unit on.
The barrels are not fitting together correctly?
• Ensure the barrels are orientated correctly
according to the instructions listed on page
8.
• If the barrels will not lock into the handle,
cease use immediately and contact
customer service.
I can’t change the temperature?
• The temperature selected will eventually
lock into place. To change the
temperature, hold the Timer/Lock button
to unlock and change the temperature.
