5.1 Keeping the Viper Clean
WARNING!
Disconnect the Viper XPT from the power source by unplugging the power inlet cord
from the machine before doing any maintenance work or cleaning.
After use of the Viper, pre-treatment bounce will start to accumulate on the plastic deck and housing. It is
recommended that after each use that a damp rag or sponge is used and wipe down the plastic decking,
aluminum shirt support tray, and interior to keep the pre-treatment from accumulating. This will reduce
further maintenance and keep your machine running more smoothly.
You can also open the garage door of the unit to wipe down the insides of the spray chamber. A clean
Viper will give you many years of dependable service!
WARNING!
To open the front “garage door” or the Viper use both hands and lift the garage door from
the middle of the door opening.
5.2 Daily Preventative Maintenance
5.2.1 - Nozzle/Spray Tip Maintenance
To keep the Viper’s fluid systems and spray tips functioning correctly, run the Viper’s Clean routine once
per day.
