So this module does not support process interrupts, the diagnostics data
serve for information about this module.
DS = Record set for access via CPU, Profibus and ProfiNET. The access
happens by DS 01h. Additionally the first 4 bytes may be accessed by DS
00h.
IX = Index for access via CANopen. The access happens by IX 2F01h.
Additionally the first 4 bytes may be accessed by IX 2F00h.
SX = Subindex for access via EtherCAT.
