pipe. This is normal.

The sound is coming from the compressor’s thermostat control. This
is normal.

The surface of the
cabinet is hot

The condenser is exhausting hot air at the beginning of use and
during hot summer months. This is normal.

Noise coming from the
cooler

The surface on which the cooler is sitting is not flat.

The back of the cooler is too close to a wall.

Something is on top of the product.

Accessories are not in the correct position.

When starting or stopping the cooler, the sound may grow louder.

The cooler is not cooling
bottles properly

The thermostat is in the low position

The cooler is in direct sunlight or near a source of heat

The bottles were hot upon insertion into the cooler.

Empty spaces are not sealed properly

The cooler does not have enough room to exhaust.

The cooler is no longer
cooling
