CONTROL PANEL LOCK

 

Used to lock or unlock the control panel. 
 

LIGHT 

To turn the light on and/or off, press the interior light button. 
 

SETTING A TEMPERATURE 
 

 

The interior control range is 45°-64°F. 

 

The lower zone temperature can be set between 54° and 64°F and the upper zone temperature 
can be set between 45°F and 54°F.  

 

The temperature will increase by 1°C or 1°F if you touch UP

 once. The temperature will 

decrease by 1°C or 1°F if you touch DOWN 

 once.  

 

Upon choosing your desired temperature, the display will flash the selected temperature setting 
for 5 seconds before reflecting the current internal cabinet temperature.  

 

STORING WINE 

 

While bottles may vary in size and dimension, approximately 18 standard bottles (750ml, 12” in length 
and 3” on diameter) can be stored in your wine cooler. Please note that bottle capacities are approximate 
maximums when storing traditional Bordeaux 750 ML bottles and include bulk storage. Actual number of 
bottles you are able to store may vary.  

 

CARE AND MAINTENANCE 

 

CLEANING YOUR WINE COOLER 
 
IMPORTANT: 

Always unplug the unit before cleaning or performing maintenance. Never use harsh 

cleansers or scouring pads to clean any part of the unit.

  

 

Turn off the power, unplug the appliance and remove all items including shelves. 

 

Wash the inside with warm water or a baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 
tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water. 

 

Wring excess water out of the sponge or cloth before cleaning control panels or any electrical parts. 

 

Wash the outside of the cabinet with warm water and a mild liquid detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry 
with a soft, clean cloth. Clean the back and bottom of the wine cooler thoroughly to ensure efficient 
operation. 

 

Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Dry all surfaces before use.  

 

MOVING YOUR WINE COOLER 

 
Before moving your wine cooler, first be sure to remove all items from the cooler. 

 

Securely tape down all loose items inside your wine cooler. 

 

Turn the leveling legs up to the base to avoid damage. 

 

Tape the door shut. 

 

Ensure that the unit stays securely in the upright position during transportation. Protect the outside of 
the appliance with a blanket or similar item.
