VFP 2300 (GB)
Operation
This product uses strong magnetic rotor and inductive structure, with small size,
low energy consumption, high efficiency, and other advantages.
Use
It can be directly started and operated in the water and properl placed on a
support plane (mainly preventing excessive mud around the pump); note: it can not
be dry operation. Moreover, the operation must comply with safety rules.
Maintenance
Cleaning filter cotton: After the pump is used, it is necessary to regularly clean it.
Before cleaning, squeeze it around the filter cotton to squeeze out the absorbed
sludge, and then rinse it in clean water. When the water is too turbid, it shall be
replaced immediately to ensure the clean brush.
Section of cleaning work: Only when the naked eye can see the accumulation of
sludge, it is required to be cleaned. First, remove the impeller cover; then carefully
pull out the rotor (shall overcome the attraction of the rotor); next, pull out the
porcelain shaft (Be Careful! The magnetic shaft is fragile, so try not to brutally use
mechanical operation); finally, wash the various components with water. In the
reassembly, shall insert the porcelain shaft into the correct position; then put on
the impeller; put it into the mould cavity (due to its own magnetic effect, the rotor
will be automatically slid into the mould cavity); align the axis; put on impeller
cover; pay special attention to adjust the position of the impeller cover, to ensure
fastness; load the filter cotton; put on the filter cover; you can put it into the water
to continue working. Note: in winter it is prevented from malfunctioning due to
freezing or sludge accumulation.
Safety
Be sure to stop using when the line breaks down. The broken line is not
maintainable.
Turn off the power when you remove the pump.
The following environmental work is not allowed: The use grid does not connect to
the online connections; Line has leakage phenomenon; Supply voltage does not
match the rated voltage; during installation or handling; whether acidic or alkaline,
water contains a high concentration of chlorine; The above contents will affect the
service life of the product, as well as endangering personal safety. It is also
permissible if some other usage is in accordance with local regulations.
