Parallel Port Mode

This sets the data transfer protocol for your parallel port. There are four options: SSP
(Standard Parallel Port), EPP (Enhanced Parallel Port), ECP (Extended Capabilities
Port) and ECP+EPP.

SPP – Output Only.

ECP/EPP – Bi-directional allows both input and output. Only supported by ECP and
EPP award peripherals.

ECP Mode Use DMA

When the parallel port is set to ECP mode, the port can use either DMA 3 or DMA 1.
