Is the Lady TWO treatment painful?
The treatment should be painless. Application on highly sensitive skin can cause red
spots which will disappear. If the treatment is painful, lower the level of the suction/ try
to change the attachment. If the problems persist, consult your doctor. To avoid any kind
of bruises/ swellings, make sure that you treat every spot on your face only once.
All these instructions are described in the instruction manual and should be read carefully
before the usage.
Can I sunbath after the treatment?
You should avoid the sun beams for at least 3 days.
The device movement is not steady/ there is weak or no suction/ the
results of the treatment are not satifying?
Check the microfilter/ attachment if its not dirty or clogged. If the filter is dirty, change
it. if the attachment is dirty/ clogged, clean it. Always use the procedures as described
in „Cleaning and maintenance“ paragraph. You can also check the suction performance
by laying your finger on the device without the attachment. If you wont feel any suction
power, try to charge the device properly. If it won´t help, contact the professional service.
My skin and its reaction to the treatment?
Right after the treatment your skin may become red. During the treatment, you can feel the
warmth caused by the improved blood circulation and tingling. These effects will disappear
in couple minutes. Your skin can also appear swollen, red, dry and full of skin flakes. These
effects may be caused by inappropriate pressure during the treatment or intensive care on
one spot. To reduce these effects, don´t push the device against your skin too hard and make
sure that you do not stay on one spot for too long. The device was tested and it is safe to
use. Always make sure to use it as described in this manual.
It´s difficult to maintain steady suction.
Try to tilt the device while usage and find the ideal angle of the attachment so the contact
between the device and the skin will not be interrupted. While treating the forehead area,
move the device slowly.
Can i perform any other face treatments after the device usage?
Do not undergo any mechanical or chemical peelings, electrolysis or face epilation in following
3 days after the LadyTWO treatment.
