5. Adjusting Procedure
5.1. ADJUSTMENT CONDITIONS AND PRECAUTIONS
1. Approximately 30 minutes should be allowed for warm up before proceeding.
2. Adjustments should be undertaken only on those necessary elements since most of them
have been carefully preset at the factory.
3. ESD protection is needed before adjustment.

5.3. ALIGNMENT PROCEDURES
Adjustment Conditions and Precautions:
(A). Power supply voltage:AC 110V± 10% 50 Hz ± 5%.
(B). Warm up time:
The display must be power ON for at least 30 minutes at full white pattern before
starting alignments.
This is especially critical in color temperature and white balance adjustments.
(C). Video : reference the front detail specifications.
1. Eeprom Initial:
Press “ MENU ”and “

” and “POWER” key go to factory mode.
2. Adjust color temperature
A. Enter to the factory mode, Source select “ D_Sub” figure 2, Use 19200x1080@60Hz the pattern
is “ 5 block ” figure 1,then move the cursor to the White Balance figure 3. Press “

” key. That will
do auto white balance.
B. After auto white balance, switch to the full white pattern then check the color temperature.
WARM x=0.335 ± 0.03
y=0.350 ± 0.03
NORMAL x=0.313 ± 0.03
y=0.329 ± 0.03
COOL x=0.283 ± 0.03
y=0.298 ± 0.03
C. Enter to the factory mode, Source select “ YPbPr ”, Use NTSC Color Bar (FLUKE 54200 )

Key figure 6. That will do auto white balance. Finally change 16 gray scale must be claire in each
grays.
