Burner installation

Boilers with a rated thermal load up to
150 kW:
The burner fixing hole circle, burner fix-
ing holes and flame tube aperture meet
the requirements of EN 226.
Boilers with a rated thermal load from
150 kW:
The burner fixing hole circle, burner fix-
ing holes and flame tube aperture spec-
ifications are listed in the datasheet.
The burner may be installed directly on
the hinged boiler door. Fit the burner
plate that is part of the standard delivery
if the burner dimensions deviate from
those stated in the datasheet.
■ Cut out the thermal insulation mat in
the burner door to suit the flame tube
diameter.
Note
The flame tube must protrude from the
thermal insulation of the boiler door.
To safeguard perfect operation, main-
tain the required minimum flame tube
length.
■ After the burner installation, seal the
annular gap between the flame tube
and the thermal insulation block with
the flame tube gasket supplied.
Note
Non-observance can result in boiler
door damage through excessive tem-
peratures.
Installing the combustion chamber sight glass
The sight glass casing with accessories
is in the combustion chamber. Connect the sight glass nipple to the
burner nipple (test port for "Static burner
pressure") using the plastic hose sup-
plied.
