Fit burner and tighten 4 T-30 screws

diagonally
to a torque of 35 lb.in (4 Nm).

Insert new supplied gasket and tighten the
fitting

on the gas connection pipe to a torque
of 132 lb.in (15 Nm).

Plug the Venturi extension

into the radial fan

Replace electrical cables from gas valve

, and
electrode
block

.
Open gas shutoff valve and switch on power supply.

Check the gas connection for tightness.

Reinstall front panel, as shown below.

Install the front panel.

Tighten the screws at the bottom of the boiler.
