4. Update
Der Koppler 5302 ist aktualisierbar. Eine neue
Version der Gerätesoftware können Sie über den
LSB mit Hilfe des
Commander
in Verbindung mit
einem PC jederzeit selbst auf den Koppler auf-
spielen. Nähere Informationen finden Sie jeweils
in der Anleitung zum Update.
5. Anschluss
Sicherheitshinweis:
Alle Anschluss- und Montagearbeiten dür-
fen nur bei abgeschalteter Betriebsspan-
nung durchgeführt werden
(Ausnahme: LSB-Anschluss)!
Verwenden Sie nur nach VDE /EN-gefertig
-
te Modellbahntransformatoren!
Sichern Sie die Stromquellen unbedingt so
ab, dass es bei einem Kurzschluss nicht
zum Kabelbrand kommen kann!
Zum Anschluss des Kopplers an die Steuergeräte
Ihrer Modellbahn (
Commander
und weitere Digi-
talzentrale) beachten Sie bitte die unten stehen-
den Hinweise und Zeichnungen. Schließen Sie
den Koppler gemäß den Abbildungen 1 und 2 an.
Anschluss an Digitalzentrale
Der Koppler verfügt über einen Eingang zur Ein-
speisung des Hauptgleisausgangs einer Digital-
zentrale. Sie können an den Koppler nur eine
Zentrale anschließen.
► Schließen Sie die Digitalzentrale
gemäß Abbildung 1 an den Koppler an.
Die Polarität spielt keine Rolle.
4. Update
The firmware of the Coupler can be updated.
You can update a new version of the firmware
via SpeedBus,
Commander
and a PC easily onto
your Coupler.
You’ll find further information about the update in
the update documentation included in the update
package.
5. Connections
Caution!
Make sure that the power supply is
switched off when you mount the device
and connect the wires (exception: LSB)!
Only use VDE/EN tested special model
train transformers for the power supply!
The power sources must be protected to
prevent the risk of burning wires.
Note the following information and drawings to
connect the Coupler to the control units (
Com-
mander
and further digital command station) of
your layout.
Connect the Coupler as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
Connection to digital command station
The Coupler has an input for the track format of
a digital command station. You may only connect
one command station to a Coupler.
