You should only make minor changes to the time, e.g. one hour
forward or back when the clocks change in summer/winter or
adjustments of a few minutes to agree with the time indicated on
the telephone display.
The call recorder registers long periods of inactivity in the form of
audible signals and a visible indication in the display, e.g. if there
are no calls over the weekend or if the telephone line has been
disrupted.
6.4
Recording and playing back
The recording capacity depends on the selected compression. In
the case of " normal" it is 6900 hours, The message " Hard disk
full" is output 24 hours before the hard disk is full. From then on,
the "oldest " calls are overwritten.
The two previous calls are saved at the same time if the
"Threatening call recorder" operating mode is selected. If you do
not want this facility, please contact your administrator.
If a new call, for example a callback, is received before the "do
not disturb" period has elapsed and the recording has been
completed, the stop key must be pressed, otherwise the new call
is liable to be appended to the preceding recording.
