The user list
The user list
The user list displays the User ID, The username the email address and
fax number.
The User ID consists of two characters; the user ID is used throughout
the Fax Server applications to identify a user.
The username is the text that identifies the user for you.
The email address is the email address where faxes received for the user
and confirmations of sending faxes are sent.
The Fax Number is the telephone number which is used as a fax number
of the user.

Important: When entering fax numbers you can decide to include or
exclude the area code. Do not use leading zero’s. Keep it the same for
all users (include or exclude area code). This will make it easier for the
Fax Server to match the numbers with the numbers that are used on the
telephone network.
