Troubleshooting
Before sending the camera out for repair,
check the items below. If the problem persists
after checking these items, contact your
service center directly.
NO IMAGE:
•
Is camera plugged into a proper power
supply?
•
Check for proper coax cable connection.
•
If a DCAI lens is used make sure it’s
plugged in.
•
Check all connections are secure.
•
Check that monitor is plugged in and
properly adjusted.
UNCLEAR IMAGE:
•
Is lens dirty?
Dirt or fingerprints on the lens or sensor
can adversely affect the image. Gently wipe
any dirt or fingerprints off using a soft cloth
or lens cleaning paper and lens cleaning
fluid (commercially available).

Is the monitor adjusted correctly?
•
Is the lens adjusted correctly?
•
Is there sufficient lighting?
