Basic Operations

Messaging:
View the Messages menu.

Record the active call.

Switch the microphone on or off.

DTMF (Dual-tone Multi-frequency(:
You can
choose on/off; which is to send dual-tone
multi-frequency sound. This can offer dialing
to the telephone numbers with extensions
or IVR systems installed for menu driven
options.
Composing text messages
Your device supports text messages beyond
the limit for a single message. Longer messages
are automatically split and sent as two or more
messages.
To write a text message;
1. Select
Menu
Messages,
and choose
SMS
or
Media message.
2. Enter a recipient’s number, or select
Home
Add from Phonebook
to add a recipient
from the Phonebook. Move up or down to
select additional recipients, and select
Add
when done.
Alternately, separate the numbers with a
semicolon.
3. Enter the text of the message. To use a
message template, select
Options
Insert
Template
. Select
Options
Send.
Working with E-mail
Before you can send an e-mail, you need to
configure your device to check for and download
e-mails from your corporate mail server, or from
a Web-based e-mail service provider, such as
Hotmail, Yahoo and so on.
