10. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The charger and the cables can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use aggressive
cleaning agents. The charger is maintenance-free.

When contacting the service department of your supplier/dealer, please help us by
reporting the following data:
a) Type of charger (IMPULSE S12 or S16)
b) Under what condition did the problem occur?
c) What were the sympthoms/outcome?
d) What type of battery do you use in what application?
