Sync now
The Sync mode can be selected from “NTP” or “PC” mode.
PC sync means the device time will sync with the local PC time. In
NTP sync mode, the system will check time with the NTP server
automatically to sync time.

Software update
Free software updates are provided for Surveyor MKII HD series
domes on the Vicon website that can be downloaded to a PC or other
media device.
Follow the steps below to update software:
Click “Browse” button in the interface and the file selection dialog
box will pop up.

elect the update file and press “Open” button. The selected update
file will be displayed in the File import box.
Click “Submit” button to update software.
After updating successfully, a reboot of the system is required.

Factory Settings
Surveyor MKII HD series domes provides an online reset function,
which greatly facilitates reset adjustment. Click “Maintain current IP”
so the IP address of the camera dome does not change.
Click “Reset” button and the system will pop up a message to
confirm factory reset.

Click “OK”; all the parameters will be reset to the factory default
settings. If factory reset is successful, the following message will be
displayed:

Online Reboot
Click “Reboot” and the system will restart. This will take 60 seconds.
However, if the reboot occurs after software is updated, it will take
90 seconds. Click “Not reset camera” to assure camera settings are
not lost.

3.3 Network Settings
Click the “Network” button on the left navigation bar; the following
screen will display.

There are 12 tabs for settings: Network, FTP, SMTP, HTTPS, 802.1X,
QoS, IGMP, SIP, MDA, DDNS, UPnP and IP filter.
