Rear Panel Controls and Connections
The following picture shows the Kollector Network Server rear panel. Each panel component is described
below.

The Kollector Network Server's rear panel contains the following components:
•
Power Switch:
Used to power on and off the power supply of the recorder.
•
Video Input Ports:
Used to input analog video using the provided looping cable.
•
Sensor Inputs:
S1-S4. Used for relay input (NO or NC dry contact type).
•
Power Receptacle:
Used to connect the provided Power Cable.
•
Keyboard Port:
A mini-DIN type connector used to connect a standard PC keyboard (not included).
•
Mouse Port:
A mini-DIN type connector used to connect the provided optical mouse.
•
USB Connectors:
Used for optional devices.
•
RS-232 Serial Port:
Used for PTZ control with the provided RS-422 converter.
•
Network Port:
A standard RJ-45 connector used to connect to a LAN/WAN (10/100 Base T).

Connector locations may vary according to KN type.
