INSTALL OR REPLACE BATTERIES
The scale is powered by 2x1.5V AAA batteries (included in the packing)
Α
-Before using the scale for the first time, please open the battery cover at the back and
put the batteries in the battery case , by taking in consideration the correct polarity
(please check the diagram below) then close the battery cover tight.
Β-
In case of battery replacement, please open the battery cover at the back take off the
old batterie and put the new ones in the battery case , by taking in consideration the
correct polarity (please check the diagram below) then close the battery cover tight.
CAUTION
•
Pregnant women and persons with medical implants such as heart pacemakers,
respiration apparatus or electrocardiographs must not use this product.
•
Please take off shoes before taking measurement to avoid scraping or scratching the
glass platform.
•
The glass platform may be pretty slippery when wet, thus please make
sure both the glass and your feet are dry before using.
•
Please use soft tissue with alcohol or glass cleaner to clean the surface
if it is dirty. No soap or other chemicals. Keep it away from water, heat and extreme
coldness.
•
The scale is high precision measuring device. Never jump or stomp on the scale or
disassemble it and please handle it carefully to avoid dropping when moving it.
•
The scale is for home use only and not suitable for professional use.
•
Please check the battery if the scale malfunctions. Change a new piece if necessary.
•
To ensure accuracy, we suggest you take measurement at a fixed time every day
(e.g.7:00-9:00).
•
Use this electrical appliance as described in this manual. Any other use is not
recommended by the manufacturer and could have a detrimental effect on the durability
of the appliance and/or the safety of the user.
•
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory, mental capability, or has a lack of experience and knowledge unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not touch or play with the
appliance.
•
Ensure the scale is placed on a hard level surface to get an exact weight reading.
