Training in Watt Mode
Body Fat Mode
The amount of power you produce whilst you train can be measured in Watts. The higher
the figure, the more power you are producing and therefore the harder you are working.
Watts are a way to measure the intensity of your performance during your workout. Se-
lect Watt mode and the pre-set watt value of 120 will flash on the screen. Use the UP and
DOWN buttons to set the desired target value from 10 to 350. Press the START button
to begin training. The machine will automatically adjust the resistance to maintain your
power output at the specified target value.
After you stop training or if no signal is
received for over 4 minutes, the screen will
switch to standby mode and display the room
temperature, time, and date (FIGURE 20).
You may test your BODY FAT level and get feedback when the computer is in STOP mode
by following the below steps:
Step 1
- Press the BODY FAT button, and hold the handgrips to start body fat testing.
Step 2
- The symbol "- - - - - - - - " will display during the 8-second testing period. After 8
seconds, you will see the BODY FAT result in percent and BMI. After BODY FAT testing,
press the BODY FAT button to reset the computer back to the previous mode.
Measurements are based on the values of the selected user profile.
All the BMI & BODY FAT data figures are a rough guide and are not for medical use.
