Problem:

Solution
1. Place the finger correctly inside and try again.
2. Changing batteries.
3. Let the patient keep calm.
4. Please shake the Oximeter with a certain force
to make the movable metal ball move freely. If the
problem still exists, maybe the orientation-sensor
is not working properly.
5. Hardware failure of wireless transmission
function.
6. If the above problem still exists please contact
the local service center.
