After unpacking your Universal Car
Mount, you will need to assemble
the device clamp.
1. Start by unscrewing the
fastener on the back of the
clamp by turning it counter-
clockwise. Then, place it on
the ball of the flex-arm.

2. Snap the ball of the flex-arm
into the ball joint on the back
of the device clamp.
(Fig. 3A)
3. Screw the fastener over
the ball joint in a clockwise
fashion until moderately tight.
Do not over tighten as this may damage
the product.
Note:
The fastener allows you to
adjust the tension of the device
clamp’s swivel motion. (See “Attaching
Your Mobile Device” section.)
