Maintenance and Fault-Finding Guide
Refer to the following table that gives a list of commonly encountered problems and suggested solutions.
Fault
Possible Causes
Solution
PWR LED does not light
Power source not connected.
Connect power source.
Status LED is flashing
RED
Buzzer is sounding
A connected modules has an ALARM
Fix alarming module
OR
Press the front panel switch to ACKNOWLEDGE
the alarm. This will mute the buzzer and change
status LED to solid
RED
Status LED is solid
RED
A connected modules has an ALARM
The alarm has already been acknowledged.
