To enable 3G, go to Settings->Wireless & networks-> More -> Cellular network -
>Access Point Names. Next, click the plus button to add your APNs setting.

Fill in the required fields to register your APN settings. If you are unsure of which fields
and values are required, please check with your Mobile Broadband provider.
