Pin 1 & Pin 2 Short: Thermal resistor active on Socket 370.
Pin 2 & Pin 3 Short: Thermal resistor active on Slot 1.
Note: If you do not make the setting on JP2 properly, the CPU
temperature can not be detected when the hardware
monitoring feature is installed on the mainboard and your
CPU can not be protected.
(D) JP8: Onboard Sound interface Enable / Disable
(Optional)
The ALS300 Sound card interface is optional on the mainboard. When you find
the ALS300 chip mounted on U11, it means that the sound interface is installed on
the mainboard. JP8 allows you to Enable / Disable the sound card interface which
is designed on the mainboard.
