Termovar installation in a nutshell:
General spare parts
· The installation of the device must be carried out by a professional!
· The piping between the boiler and storage tank must not be too long; otherwise the flow resistance will
increase too much and at high power the working temperature of the boiler will rise excessively.
· The boiler and storage tank must be at the same level and the pipe runs are straight, otherwise the self
circulation will not work.
· Termovar installation should be the upright as shown, otherwise its operation will be compromised.
· Special attention must be paid to air bleeding of the pipe work. Air vent valves should be placed at
both ends of the boiler and storage tank connections.
· It is not recommended to use automatic deaerators.
· The higher setting thermostat, included with the Termovar unit in some cases, should only be installed
after the first 10 heating cycles (if boiler manufacturer recommends this). This reduces the air formation
from one heating cycle.
· After initial installation, if the entire storage tank is cold, a particularly large amount of energy is required
to load the entire system.
· All the air is bled from the system only after several cycles, when the whole system has been heated
several times.
