VEX IQ Challenge Ringmaster – Game Manual

Game Definitions 

Alliance

 – A pre-assigned grouping of two (2) 

Teams

 that are paired together during a given 

Teamwork Match

Alliance Score

 – Points scored in a 

Teamwork Match

 awarded to both 

Teams

Autonomous 

– A 

Robot

 that is operating and reacting only to sensor inputs and to commands pre-

programmed by the 

Students

 control system. There is no input from a VEX IQ 

Controller. 

Bonus Tray 

– The tray like structure consisting of VEX IQ pieces attached to the end of the field 

perimeter with dimensions of approximately 15” (381 mm) wide and 3” (76 mm) deep. The

 and can be

Disablement –
