3 Funzionamento
3.1 Accensione
Lo strumento deve essere acceso mediante
un interruttore separato (lo strumento stesso
non è dotato di interruttore ON/OFF).
All’accensione tutti
i segmenti del dis-
play vengono visua-
lizzati insieme per 2
secondi.
Poi compaiono quat-
tro linee orizzontali
mentre il display è in
attesa di ricevere i dati dalla bussola.
3.2 Display principale (Modalità standard)
Il display principale
mostra l’angolo di
rotta attuale alla
bussola.
3.3 Regolazione del’illuminazione de
display
L’illuminazione del display dispone di 7
livelli di regolazione.
- Livello 1
- Livello 2
- Livello 3
- Livello 4
- Livello 5
- Remoto
- Spento
Selezionando
l’impostazione
“Remoto”, l’intensità
dell’illuminazione
viene regolata da un
voltaggio applicato
al piedino del con-
nettore dedicato
all’illuminazione del
display.

3.4 Allarme di fuori rotta
In modalità standard premere il tasto
per attivare o disat-
tivare l’allarme.
Prima di poter uti-
lizzare l’allarme è
necessario inserire
le impostazioni dello
stesso.
L’impostazione del-
l’allarme viene effet-
tuata mediante il menu “4.1.1 Allarme di
fuori rotta (ST1)”. Se l’allarme è attivato,
il relativo indicatore viene visualizzato sul
display.
3.5 Selezione del Nord Magnetico o
Terrestre
In modalità stan-
dard, premere il
tasto
per
optare tra Nord
magnetico (mag.) o
terrestre (true).
Per l’indicazione del
Nord geografico è
necessario imposta-
re prima la declina-
zione magnetica.
Questo può essere
fatto attraverso il
menu Declinazione
Magnetica (ST8).
