INTRODUCTION
Il
DTR
è un'indicatore digitale a microprocessore completamente
autonomo con ingresso per torsiometri (coppia) estensimetrici.
L'

rende possibile il suo impiego anche
all'interno dei sistemi di qualità come campione di prima o
seconda linea periodicamente tarato presso centri SIT.
Il sistema di misura è composta da una sezione analogica
particolarmente
stabile a lungo termine,
da un alimentatore a
frequenza portante che
minimizza le derive termiche
del
sistema
e da un convertitore A/D a 16 bit con 65.000 divisioni
interne
.
Per aumentare il livello di integrazione dei componenti è stata
adottata una tecnologia mista tradizionale e SMT che rende
l'indicatore resistente alle vibrazioni ed alle sollecitazioni
meccaniche oltre a garantire l'affidabilità del circuito.
Le batterie interne garantiscono un'autonomia di 1 anno, grazie
anche alla funzione di AUTO POWER OFF che interviene
quando non si rilevano variazioni della misura per un tempo di 30
minuti.

by SIT centres.
The measurement system is made up of an analog section
particularly
stable at long term
, of a carrying frequency feeder
which
lowers the system thermal drifts
and of a 16 bit A/D
converter with 65.000 internal divisions.
In order to increase the integration level of the components
a traditional mixed technology and SMT has been adopted to
make the indicator resistant to any kind of vibration and
mechanical stresses besides granting the highest reliability of the
circuit.
The internal batteries guarantee 1 year autonomy also thanks to
the AUTO POWER OFF function which activates when any
measurement change is detected within 30 minutes.
