Note:
Performance figures are based on the following:
l
The humidity of the test gas is 50% RH. The performance values given are valid between 10% and 90% RH.
l
Are measured using test units calibrated at 50% of full scale.
l
Measurements are based on gas being applied at a rate of 300 ml/min for a period of 3 minutes (oxygen, flammable (CAT), carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide) and
5 minutes (hydrogen, nitrogen dioxide and ammonia), at a rate of 500ml/min for a period of 3 minutes (carbon dioxide).
l
Response time (T
90
) may increase when operating in lower temperature conditions.
l
The accuracy for all sensors except oxygen and flammable (CAT) is ±30%. The accuracy of oxygen is ±0.9% v/v. The accuracy of the flammable (CAT) version is
±5% LEL. All figures are valid over the temperature range -20°C to 50°C.
l
The flammable (CAT) and oxygen (O
2
) versions may experience zero level drift in high humidity environments. Recalibrate the unit in the environment in which it is
going to be used.
l
Maximum accuracy of the flammable (CAT) version will be achieved after the unit has been operating for 48 hours.
l
For H
2
version, it is recommended to recalibrate the detector when used in low temperature environments (< -10°C).
l
Deadband range for oxygen (O
2
) version is 20.6 – 21.2% v/v. Deadband is ON (default).
