How to find the IMEI number of my phone?
IMEI number is the only identification of mobile phone. You might offer this number to Vertu
customer service. To view IMEI number, tap Settings > About phone > IMEI.
How to empty the call history?
To empty the call history, tap

> Delete call history.
Why is my mobile phone hot?
If the phone has been used for a long time or exposed under extreme hot conditions, the phone
is probably hot. The hot condition of mobile phone depends on circumstances. If the phone is
very hot (such as burning), you can power off the phone; If the phone is normal hot, you can
lower the standby temperature of phone by turning off high power consumption app and turning
off the screen.

How to set the photos as wallpaper?
To set the shot photos as wallpaper, please click and hold the blank space on one screen of
Home screen, then tap wallpaper, tap gallery, select the photos.
Why cannot receive app notification?
1. The app will take up system memory while in background, thus resulted in system running
shuttering; and also affected system hibernation, resulted power consumption increased.
For saving memory, lower the power consumption, the system will do intelligent cleanup for
background apps, led to app not receiving notification.
1) Go to Settings - App and permission management – Manage apps, click the app that you want
to receive the notifications in background, go to App info interface, click “Battery”, turn on the
switches for “Put in memory cleanup whitelist” and “Put in high consumption whitelist”;
2) Click key in navigation bar, open recent task list, swipe down the card of this app until
status showed on top right corner icon.
Through above operations, to a certain degree, this app running in background can be ensured,
receive app notification in time.
3. If you want to receive the notification always, go to Settings > App and permission
management > Manage apps > Click the app that you want to receive the notifications in
background > Battery:

Turn on “Put in memory cleanup whitelist” switch;

Turn on “Put in high consumption whitelist” switch;
