For 2 wire connect D+ or Tx+ to D+ or Tx+ & D- or Tx- to D- or Tx-.
For 4 wire connect TX+ to RX+, TX- to RX- & RX+ to TX+ & RX-

to TX-. Use the inbuilt terminator resistors if need
