Step 3:

Connect jumper cables in the following order:

a. Red to discharged battery POSITIVE (+) terminal

(2)

b. Red to boost battery POSITIVE (+) terminal

(3)

c. Black to boost battery NEGATIVE (-) terminal

(4)

d. Black to frame

(5)

of machine with the discharged battery. Make connection away from battery,

hydraulic lines, and moving parts.
