Where to store your foods in the fridge
• Place spreadable butter and cheese on the upper door shelf in the fridge
compartment. This is where the temperature is the warmest.
• Store preserves, jars and eggs on the middle shelf. Eggs are best stored on
the supplied egg tray.
• Place drink cartons and bottles in the large lower door shelves. Position full
containers closer to the hinge in order to reduce the strain on the door.
• Place cooked and baked foods on the glass shelves.
• Place fresh meat, game, poultry, bacon, sausage and raw fish on the
glass cover above the vegetable drawer. This is where the temperature
is the lowest.
• Place fresh fruit and vegetables in the vegetable tray.
• Only store strong alcohol standing upright and tightly closed.
• Allow hot food to cool before placing it in the fridge.
Note!
•
Always wrap and store raw meat, poultry and fish on the lowest shelf
at the bottom of the fridge and do not store it for a long time. This will
stop those products from dripping onto or touching other foods. Do
not store flammable gasses or liquids in the fridge.
