Modify door hinges
Tools required:
Phillips screwdriver, flat screwdriver, Allen key
• Make sure the appliance is unplugged and empty.
• To remove the door, tilt the appliance slightly backwards. You should
rest the door on something solid so that it does not slip when you remove
the door.
• All removed parts should be kept for reinstallation of the door.
• Do not lay the appliance flat as this may damage the cooling system.
• It is best for two people to perform the door hinge conversion.
1. Unscrew the hinge cover.
2. Open the door and detach the top hinge. Then
remove the door from the refrigerator and place
it on a soft surface to avoid damage.
3. Remove the cover plate and the screws from
the left-hand side and attach them to the
right-hand side.
