Removing the
Battery Cover
Remove the battery cover to access the battery as well as the SIM and SAM slots.
1
Turn off the device.

Place the device upside down on a soft, clean surface to protect the screen
from scratches.
3
If installed, loosen the retaining screw.
Press and slide the battery cover, away from the magnetic card reader.

Installing or
Replacing SIM/
SAM Card
To install or replace SIM/SAM cards:
1
Power off the device.
2
Place the device face down on a soft and clean surface.
3
Remove the cable cover of the unit.
4
Insert the SIM/SAM cards. Carefully slide the cards one at a time into the slots
until fully inserted. The correct orientation of the SIM/SAM card is as indicated
in figure 5.

Close the cable cover.
